Orders can be placed through our website, via WhatsApp, or by email. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by CartLink and availability of the products.
Upon receiving your order, we will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details via WhatsApp or email. Your order is not considered accepted until we send you a written confirmation.
You may request modifications or cancellations to your order before it has been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and standard return policies will apply.

All prices are displayed in USD$ unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Some products (such as weight plates and dumbbells) are priced per kilogram. The final price will be calculated based on the weight of your order.
We strive to ensure all prices are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or offer you the option to cancel your order.

Prices include applicable VAT as required by UAE law. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our pricing.
We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and the size of your order.

For large equipment (such as commercial treadmills, Pilates reformers, or gym machinery), delivery includes curbside drop-off unless otherwise arranged. Installation services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Important: Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. By accepting delivery without noting damage on the carrier's documentation, you may forfeit your right to claim for shipping damage.
